Working on this with colleagues? There are no accounts to create and no password of ours to share — everyone signs in with their own Planning Center login. Only one person holds the connection at a time, so if someone else connects later it moves to them and we email you to say so; nothing is lost, and setting a shared notification address keeps your notices in one place either way. How this works with several people.

Connect as an administrator if you can. We only see the products the person connecting can see — if they don’t have access to Giving or your sermon library in Planning Center, those embeds will look unavailable even though your church has them.

What connecting does, exactly.

We read only what's already public: The same gates as the paid product: events you've made visible in Church Center, groups you've listed, episodes you've published, signups you've opened, forms that don't require a login. Your roster is never read.
Nothing is written to your account: We only ever read. Forms are the one thing that can write, and they open Planning Center's own form rather than one of ours — so nothing typed into it passes through us, and a form you submit while testing lands in your Planning Center like any other.
Nothing goes public: A preview renders here and in your dashboard only. Your embed won't serve on a real website until you subscribe.
You can cut it off at any moment: Revoke inside Planning Center and everything stops. Previews that sit unopened for 30 days are deleted along with their cached data.

Planning Center will show you exactly what you’re granting before you approve anything. We ask for read access across 8 products so the preview can show you everything you’re entitled to — Planning Center only grants the ones your organization actually has, and that list is precisely what tells us which embeds to offer you.
