Planning Center's Registrations API only opened to the public in mid-2025, which is why so little has been built on it. Your open signups render as a real catalog — artwork, descriptions, dates, live pricing per ticket type, and availability wherever you've set a capacity.
Signing up hands off to Planning Center's own checkout. That's deliberate: payment stays on your existing PCO and Stripe rails, so nothing about your money changes.
What stays private: Only signups you've opened, and only ticket types marked publicly available.
Checks for changes: Within about 15 minutes. Planning Center offers no way to notify us when a signup changes — there is no such notification for Registrations at all — so we check on a schedule.
We check with Planning Center every 15 minutes and update your site with whatever has changed. For half the catalog that is Planning Center's own limit — it offers no way to tell us sooner, and nobody can do better on the same data. For the other half a notification does exist and we intend to use it; until we do, everything here runs on the same check.
The schedule stays even once Planning Center starts telling us directly, for two reasons. A message can go missing, and the check is what catches it. And some things change without anyone touching them — a sermon scheduled to publish on Sunday morning, a notice set to come down at noon, this week's setlist becoming last week's. Nothing happens in Planning Center at that moment; the date simply arrives. No notification can fire for that, so something has to look.
You never have to come back here to make it happen. You keep working in Planning Center exactly as you do now, and your website follows.

The privacy model
Putting church data on the open internet deserves more care than a checkbox in someone’s dashboard. Every module is required to name the Planning Center flag that makes its data public — a flag you control, inside Planning Center, before we ever read it.
That isn’t a policy we wrote down. It’s enforced in the code: a module that can’t name its gate cannot ship.
Nothing writes back. Every embed here is read-only, and your forms open on Planning Center’s own pages — so what a visitor types goes straight to you, and no name, email or phone number ever passes through our servers to be stored, logged or leaked.

That's the entire point. You set colors, fonts, corner radius, layout and which fields show, and the embed inherits nothing from us — no font downloads, no framework, no stylesheet fighting yours. The previews at the top of this page are the real renderer, not mockups.
Almost nobody does. We detect what your organization actually has on connect and only offer those embeds. Sermons, for instance, reads Church Center Publishing if you have it and your podcast or YouTube feed if you don't.
Your website keeps working. Embeds render from our cache and never call Planning Center during a visitor's page load, so neither an outage nor a traffic spike on your site can affect your Planning Center account or its rate limit.
Register, yes — through Planning Center's own checkout, which the catalog links straight into.
