What shows, and what decides that

The public flag on the plan, plus the hidden flag on each song.

The switch is in Planning Center, not here: Services → the plan → its public setting, and the per-song hide toggles.

That is the privacy model for the whole product rather than a setting for this one module. Every embed has to name the Planning Center flag that makes its data public — a flag you control, before we ever read it — and a module that cannot name one does not ship.

How current it is

Within about 15 minutes. We ask Planning Center for your plans every 15 minutes, which is also what moves this week's setlist along when Sunday becomes last Sunday — no notification exists for a date arriving.

Questions

Why is my rundown showing?

It is not. Only songs are ever published, and only from plans you have marked public. Your rundown, notes and team assignments are never read, let alone shown.

A song is missing from a plan.

It has been hidden on that plan in Planning Center. Unhide it there and it appears here on the next refresh.

Putting it on your site

One line of code on the page where you want it, on the website you already have. The steps depend on what that site is built with — Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, or anything else that lets you add HTML.

Setlists is included in the one subscription along with every other embed, and connecting Planning Center renders your own data before you pay for anything.
