It is almost always still unlisted. Open the signup in Registrations, check it is marked Listed, and confirm at least one ticket type is publicly available — a Listed signup with only private ticket types has nothing to show a visitor.

Planning Center Registrations

Planning Center's Registrations API only opened to the public in mid-2025, which is why so little has been built on it. Your open signups render as a real catalog — artwork, descriptions, dates, live pricing per ticket type, and availability wherever you've set a capacity.

Signing up hands off to Planning Center's own checkout. That's deliberate: payment stays on your existing PCO and Stripe rails, so nothing about your money changes.

What shows, and what decides that

Only signups you've opened, and only ticket types marked publicly available.

The switch is in Planning Center, not here: Registrations → the signup → Settings, where you mark it Listed on your Church Center events page.

That is the privacy model for the whole product rather than a setting for this one module. Every embed has to name the Planning Center flag that makes its data public — a flag you control, before we ever read it — and a module that cannot name one does not ship.

How current it is

Within about 15 minutes. Planning Center offers no way to notify us when a signup changes — there is no such notification for Registrations at all — so we check on a schedule.

One line of code on the page where you want it, on the website you already have. The steps depend on what that site is built with — Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, or anything else that lets you add HTML.

Registration catalog is included in the one subscription along with every other embed, and connecting Planning Center renders your own data before you pay for anything.
