Every form you publish, one click from where people are.

Your open People forms as cards in your own type and color, on whatever page each one belongs on — Plan Your Visit on /visit, Prayer Request on /prayer. One tag per page, so a form only appears where you put it.

Opening one hands off to Planning Center, in their own popup over your page or a new tab. That handoff is deliberate: Planning Center serves the form and receives the answers, so nothing anyone types passes through us and no visitor's details sit on our servers.

What shows, and what decides that

Only forms you've set to not require a login, and only the ones you publish.

The switch is in Planning Center, not here: People → Forms → the form → Settings, where you turn off the requirement to sign in.

That is the privacy model for the whole product rather than a setting for this one module. Every embed has to name the Planning Center flag that makes its data public — a flag you control, before we ever read it — and a module that cannot name one does not ship.

How current it is

Within about 15 minutes. Planning Center can tell us when someone submits a form, but not when you add or change one — so we check for new forms on a schedule.

My form is not showing.

Two switches have to line up: the form must not require a Church Center login, and you must have selected it here. A form that requires a login is deliberately never published by us, because that would make a private form public.

Where do the answers go?

Straight to Planning Center, and only there. The card opens Planning Center's own form over your page — nothing anyone types passes through us, and no visitor's answers are ever stored on our servers.

Putting it on your site

One line of code on the page where you want it, on the website you already have. The steps depend on what that site is built with — Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, or anything else that lets you add HTML.

Public forms is included in the one subscription along with every other embed, and connecting Planning Center renders your own data before you pay for anything.
